What is happening with points and all, and if it does end up with a 3-way tie for first who gets the nod for seeds

Looks to me like Region D Division 2 will look like this:
#4 seed Powell Valley will be at #1 seed Gate City
#3 seed Honaker will be at #2 seed Haysi.
From what I read, the only way it could change would be if Haysi loses to Grundy, which would make the Red Tigers the #3 seed and Honaker the #2 seed. Given that Grundy is absolutely horrible this year, I'll say the seedings will be just as they are mentioned above.
